Well,
    If you want to stick with 1.1.7B and Swing 1.1, u have the following:
        Netbeans Developer 2.1
        VisualAge 3.0 Tech Preview(Swing 1.03) -- but it should be easy to
recompile up to use of 1.1 of JFC
        AnyJ -- Not bad .. A little properitary .. fast though
        Codeguide -- Decent Editor that supports plugable JDK's.
