Thanks for all the replies. I downloaded most of the suggested IDE's,
and AnyJ seems to be a pretty good so for now I'll be using it.

I don't know if it's just my system (it has to be :-), but running
swing applications is _extremely_ slow. NetBeans Developer 2.1 and
Freebuilder were both very good, but they were impossible to use.
If anyone could help me out on this, I'd be very grateful. I'm sure it
must be a configuration problem.
My computer is a P2 266 Mhz, 64 Mb RAM running Red Hat 5.2 (kernel
2.2.9). I'm using Blackdown's JDK 1.1.7v3, Swing 1.1 and TYA 1.4.
