Are you actually allowed to do that ?
From the LICENSE file in the JDKs, the following two phrases imply that you 
can't:
"[...]Sun grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license
without fees to reproduce internally and use internally the Software
complete and unmodified for the purpose of designing, developing,
and testing your Programs."

"[...]Sun grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license without
fees to reproduce and distribute the Software, provided that (i) you
distribute the Software complete and unmodified and only bundled as
part of, and for the sole purpose of running, your Programs[...]"

On redistribution README comes up with a list of the optional files that can be excluded, and mentions that the rest of the files, not mentioned there, are mandatory and under the terms in the binary license...
