I totally agree 110%! It's not very net-friendly to hold someone's phone
line hostage for the time it takes to download a binary attachment that
most of us will just delete anyway. I know my wife doesn't like it when
I have to tell her "I'll be off the phone line in just a few more
minutes" more than once.

PLEASE have people email their explicit request to receive binary
attachments.
