Hmm ... a short ( because it is not java2d related ) comment/question when you
say this .. this might be true on when you are working a Unix box ..
i.e. on my Solaris box this makes no trouble .. but
on my NT PC I severell times noticed, when I download some stuff
over ftp using Netscape that the whole machine becomes very slow ...
so I from my side avoid doing longer ftp sesssion on the PC ..
