  I'm also interested in this, however I have been unsuccessful on getting a
reply from Apple on the matter.  I've been told that it's up to Apple to
decide to implement the API for their systems?  However I haven't heard
anything _official_ from a Sun rep on this matter.  So what will it take for
Mac support Sun Guys?
