I believe that is not explicitly the case. That is the behaviour scheduler
runs in a thread and fires off the behaviour from there. That leaves the
implementation free to run multiple behaviours in parallel if there
are sufficient \CPU resources available.

Good luck! The J3D team has explicitly been avoiding this for at least the
past 3 years despite repeated calls for it.
