You have a option to order the cd from that site. why dont u guys do that?

I think I can help you with that since I had the same problem quite recently. If
you start the ie5setup.exe you will find a button for more options on the
starting window. If you click you get a checkbox where you can select "install
later". In this case it gets all the files needed, but does not install them. Now
you can burn a CD and get it to you customer.
