Hi there,

i'm investigating in memory stuff myself for a while, now. I'm using Nvidia drivers
for my GForce2 and also the latest drivers.
In my environment i don't get a memory leak as Scott described, but my running
application grants more and more memory, until
the unevitable OutOfMemoryException. I found out that -Xincgc keeps the free memory
amount of the VM heap constantly small
and continously frees the resources to the system again.
Now, i'm asking myself what the impact of this setting is? I know that the performance
dropps a little, because of gc stuff running
in some intervals. But are there further things one should note??

Regards,
Karsten
