Dear Java3d gurus

I have an urgent and quite unsettled for me question. How to properly model reflection
of the light from a surface in Java3d. I am talking about the effect of "glitters" or
"spot light".

This is very easy to do for shapes with apperances that have Material only. One just
need to "play" with "specular color" and "shininess" of the material. I failed to find
a way to simulate this effect when Material is also "supplemented" by a texture. I
understand that in order to get any "shadowing" effect one needs to set
TextureAttributes.MODULATE. But this does not yeild the desired effect. At most I can
get shades, but not spot lights on the surface.

Is there a secret. I can not find any discussion on this issue.

Thank you

Boris
