Java 3D Fly Through and the soon to be release Java 3D Scene Graph Editor are both written using Netbeans 3.3.
The Editor will be a Netbeans module will run as a Netbeans module and as a stand alone application (with reduced functionality). I've attached a screen shot of the Editor in action. As an aside the entire GUI was built using Netbeans.
