Hi GB,

   We try this example program and it works fine in our video card,
Have you try the switch :

java -Dj3d.sharedstereozbuffer=true MyProgram

I'm assuming you are using OpenGL version of Java3D (since
DirectX 8 do not support stereo).

What kind of hardware/graphics card are you running on ?
I guess there is problem with the refresh rate setting
in the driver configuration that sync. the output.
