well...help me out if you can...I can't see what I could possibly be doing
wrong.
I have no hardware change, no code change...I simply uninstalled the old
java2 and
java3d and then downloaded the newest ones and installed them.

That is all I did...and now I can barely move in my 3d windows...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me what I can do to improve it...

Sorry but you are obviously doing something wrong. Most people (including
myself) experienced exactly the opposite behaviour.
