Best place to fetch it is from CVS. Various parts of the codebase receive attention depending on the projects are working on at the time. ROAM has had some considerable development work since 0.6. It's fairly complete, but we have a few bugs still related to tiled texturing, and possibly the View Frustum bugs highlighted last week.
