I am wondering how I can implement smooth walk through

Currently I am using KeyNavigatorBehavior,

How much do you need the VRML/X3D handling compared to the rest of your 3D graphics capabilities? By default creating worlds with loaders gives you very little control over the content. Xj3D provides a complete browser capability, so you may well be better off using Xj3D in toto rather than as a loader. That way your graphics problem becomes a content problem.
