Hi Anand,
You can indeed generate Java3D geometry from algorithms etc. Take a look at
the Shape3D and Geometry classes (actually the subclass GeometryArray will be
of most interest to you). The lw3d and vrml loaders are just
utilities which use these classes to generate geometry.
