It wouldn't include anything that you look at, because you can't grant Google licenses for stuff that you don't own. That said, anything that you own and then either look at, edit, upload, etc., they can use however they like
I do wonder what happens if you use Chrome to access services that also have a similar clause, such as Adobe Photoshop Express.
