I had a tough time running Netbeasn(both 6 and 6.5) on intel core2 duo mac. Does anyone else have the same issue? I tried posting details to netbeans forum without much of a success. I am running default Java java version "1.5.0_16" Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_16- b06-284) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_16-133, mixed mode)
Netbeans blue box bounces on the dock on launch and then disappears. I did not have much time to dig in to details so started using good old IDEA - which is just getting better release after release.
