Thank you, Phil.  I've been on both sides of the interview table as
well, but never come across resumes with SCEA credentials as an
interviewer, as I recall.  Thinking back, it would have probably made
me more likely call the person in for a face-to-face, but not sure if
it would have played a part in the final hiring decision.
