Well to a certain degree, have you ever tried getting standard A4 in
America? It's almost impossible to track down, I had to get a batch
specially cut. So due to the reluctance of the US to adopt these
common international ISO standards I would say you should watch out
with such a statement! ;)

PS: Canada is an interesting hybrid, i.e. air temperature is measured
in Celsius while water temperature is measured in Fahrenheit - go
figure.
