But they do seem to be the company with the "most open technologies" in their SDK. Talking about the SDK: The iPhone recently got a GTA port from the DS/ PSP that looked technically competent and not too different from the PSP (http://www.pocketgamer.co.uk/r/iPhone/GTA:+Chinatown+Wars+ %28iPhone%29/review.asp?c=17832).
