Apple is not the new Microsoft, there is a critical difference: people
like using apple products. This means that people will potentialy
overlook a lot more

I'd say a linked list is very much an algorithm and no
implementation
is mentioned anywhere. Of course, the bulk of us would like to slap
those patent guys with some of Knuth's thickest books!
