It doesn't *quite* look the same as would be expected from a native app. It's surprisingly tricky to do this in general. For example, when FireFox went with an OS-like theme, there were many complaints from mac people that it still felt out of place. Even if you get the look right, quite frequently, the behaviours aren't all there. My favourite example is Cmd-Ctrl-D. I a native mac app, this looks up a word in the dictionary.
