So sad it is, that he leaves, I really hope that Java not depending on a very few key figures. As far as I heard Oracle always has tried to improve the JCP to be more community friendly (this is just what I heard). Anyway, those speculations is just looking into the glass sphere - I think we should simply wait and see.
