I shouldn't imagine you'll get any of the GUI/scenegraph parts of JavaFX,
but other than that it should be doable.

You'll also want to use something like proguard to merge your app and all
dependencies (including JavaFX) into a single Jar before dexing it.
I have instructions here for doing this with Scala, though the process
should be pretty similar for JavaFX:
