It is hard to put yourself into the world of the CEO. Congress has a similar issue. They have a term for the change you go through as you start but I can't remember if or find it online. It is due to everything being done for you. Even opening doors, making phone calls, laundry, everything.
These people get so far removed from the reality of every day life that it would be a stretch for them to think like the rest of us. It is just how it is so no blame being thrown around. Most people have to struggle. When you have billions in personal wealth, you can do pretty much anything you want.
