They're saying that you might want to consider switching from Java
(the language) to the JVM as a platform (item #64 in the inner ring
(almost as close to the singularity as Ruby)).  JRuby is a no-brainer
in their eyes, and they love the Groovy.  After that they suggest
evaluating Clojure, and next Scala.
