Hi all, It's funny that Crete came up in the last podcast 'cos Heinz has decided to coral a bunch of helping hands a put it together. We've picked the weekend before JavaZONE as to not conflict with them and maybe attract a few from the North American crowd that travel to Oslo. Warning, Olso is starting to get nippy at that time of year where as Crete is still incredibly warm.
The initial pricing for the event... your travel costs to get there. We've worked out a great deal with a local 5 star hotel, less than 100 Euro's per night. That include free beer.. Mythos is the beer of choice! We initially set a limit of 50 but might go for a few more. We don't have Bruce local to assist though I believe he and Heinz are talking. Still in early planning stages. WIll post a URL once things are a bit more settled. Hoping that one or two of the Posse make's it there.
