I'm just scratching my head trying to figure out why the Eclipse Foundation 
would be considered a good landing spot for a project that is very far away 
from all of the other projects there. The only thing I can come up with is that 
they are hoping to piggyback on the success of the Eclipse IDE. It all seems 
like a reaction to Jenkins.
