Astrid is pretty good, free, and interacts with RememberTheMilk. RTM has an Android app that is $25 per year I think. I like its interface so I went ahead and got their pro account which provides full sync on the phone with the app and also in Google and other places. I can email myself tasks, schedule repeating tasks, and much more. Free is going to be a hard requirement given all your wants.
