i think agile-doing is slightly beside my point. i'd follow fabrizio's advice when he says i should probably translate developers' frustration or my personal push to innovation into some business outcome.
though my idea of being a Chief of Technology also deals with letting those who work 'under' them sort of carve their own professional growth onward... no matter how quickly or deeply. it's when they can't or don't want to that a chief becomes the driving force. and it's when they ask for it that a chief should sort of set the direction and pace. i do realize that the underlying view of the industry (digital marketing) is based ONLY on my own very little experience. just wanted to give a shout out to all of those who, like me, write their java code everyday for this industry. thanks you all for you precious suggestions. -marco On Dec 4, 12:19 am, Rakesh <[email protected]> wrote: > ok Cedric, I'll take the bait but in another thread..... > > 2011/12/3 Cédric Beust ♔ <[email protected]>: > > > > > > > > > > > On Sat, Dec 3, 2011 at 3:43 AM, Rakesh <[email protected]> wrote: > > >> A company that is great that does not do agile?
