Good-day Everyone:
I noticed today that JSR-080 passed its vote yesterday with nothing but approval from those who voted.
A big congratulations to everyone who worked on this project. The jSyncManager Project Team has greatly benefited from the availability of this API set, and we look forward to continued reliance upon it for USB data communication for many releases to come.
Now we just need to mobilize the necessary OSS development communities to get a Windows and Mac OS X implementation (and maybe even an OS/2 implementation -- there is a group looking into it, believe it or not!) :).
