I checked in a change in jni/JavaxUsbKernel.h, to use ch9.h instead of 
usb.h as usb.h currently does not seem to be intended for user land code.

If this causes problems for anyone, then well have to change it again. 
Perhaps as Dans said to our own definitions file.
