Patti - Okay, that _sounds_ like the uninstall routine didn't do a clean job. What happens if you press ENTER on it in the System Tray; that is, highlight it in your System Tray and then press ENTER? Also, if you open the Windows Task Manager with CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, does the program show up in the list of running tasks on the Applications page of that dialog?
