Patti - This is truly bizarre. Well, all I can tell you for sure is that the uninstall routine didn't work at all if the program comes up when you click on it from the System Tray. I'm entirely out of ideas except to suggest that you try using the Add and Remove Software selection from the Control Panel instead of the application's own built-in uninstaller.
