Hello, Patti; first?
if your going to remove a program from your computer, you want to have the program closed, otherwards, not running. now, I am not familiar with the program in question, however, if you did a reinstall, first, go to the systemtray, and see if you can't close the program first before going through the uninstall process. first look for a program uninstall.exe file, if there's no uninstall.exe file, then? you will need to navigate to the control panel, and go to the add slash remove. ----- Original Message ----- From: Patti To: jaws-users-list@googlegroups.com Sent: Monday, December 04, 2006 4:26 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Deleting from the System tray Hey Gang, I downloaded I daily diary, and then I deleted it, but it is still in my system tray. How do I deleted from there? I did a insert f11 and tried to delete it from there, but it didn't work. It is no where on my computer, but in the system tray. I'm running jaws 7 and XP home.
