I consider IE7 to be a significant enhancement of Internet Explorer, bigger than IE6 was over IE5; and I *would not* downgrade just for that slight inconvenience. I think that there are some rough edges to the new features in IE7, keyboardwise, that could - and probably will - be improved upon. ----- Original Message ----- From: Bryan Schulz To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, December 28, 2006 7:48 PM
 Subject: [JAWS-Users] don't upgrade i.e.

 hi all,

Why do we pay so much money to be current with jaws and all the tech support
staff can say is it's a known issue and we're working on that?

I have noticed that when using internet explorer 7.0 and jaws 7.10.5 or
higher, if you hit alt-left arrow to return to a previous page, the cursor goes to the top of the page
and you have to move down to where you want to resume.
The problem is known and hasn't been fixed yet, so the quick answer is to
remove internet explorer 7 and reload internet explorer 6.
 Bryan
