As a screen reader user (Jaws) I sincerely believe anyone on a blind
list would have
courtesy and common sense enough not to put lines such as
--~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ on a blind list.
I think this opinion should be especially true for list owners or
moderators!!!!
