I told Suzy to uncheck group messages by conversation, but she couldn't
uncheck it.
I hope that is the right thing to do, because she said that was checked.

Welcome back to my little world miss Suzy. If I recall correctly Rick had
given you the correct answer in that there are only two places I know of
for that message to pop up. Either using shift+delete any where in your
email program, or in the deleted items folder. In both cases that will
cause your mail to be permanently deleted.

Not in native Windows. There are programs that purport to read what's on
the
clipboard, but those that I've checked out have been something less than
great. Search on Google for "clipboard viewer" without the quotes.
