In the run dialogue open the context menu on the item you want to delete, 
shift+f10 or the applications key, and arrow to then enter cut or delete.  I 
think that will work.

  By the way, how can I delete the incorrect command in the "run" section?
  I tried selecting the choice and then hit delete, but that did not work.
