Hi: My color display settings are at highest, 32bit, if that's what you mean. I haven't changed any display settings or any other settings, so I really don't know why Jaws is behaving like this.
As for switching between accounts to send to in Outlook, thanks for pointing out the alt-n solution. I wasn't aware of it before.
