Hi Liz, Also, look at the screen resolution. 1024 by 768 will usually get the job done in most cases. If you have experienced this problem with different versions of Jaws, and have not merged any user settings between versions, I would suspect that it is system related. If you have an HP printer installed for example, and it pops up an alert message from the system tray, this will have a blinking icon, that will cause problems for Jaws. Likewise, I have found that certain items in the system tray will cause problems for Jaws on my systems. Just throwing out some ideas! Hi: My color display settings are at highest, 32bit, if that's what you mean. I haven't changed any display settings or any other settings, so I really don't know why Jaws is behaving like this. As for switching between accounts to send to in Outlook, thanks for pointing out the alt-n solution. I wasn't aware of it before.
