Hi Linda, I don't know whether Jaws has anything to do with Norton Anti-virus, except that unless you have patience, it can be frustrating to learn how to set it properly and stuff like that.
I have been using, and will continue to use Norton anti-virus on my computer along with Jaws, and Have never had any problems related to Jaws or Norton conflicting.
