Yes, control + A will select the entire sheet. Then control + 1 will open the "format cells dialog". If you then press control tab twice, it will take you to the font tab.
Now you can change the font and color for the whole sheet. Green for success, red for failed, yellow for expected to succeeed. If that's what you're doing, it is possible to write macros to change color on a given selected cell. I'm not a hundred percent sure of this but I believe you can select all in your spreadsheet, then pick a font, or color if you want, and in theory, it should all be sized propperly. Hope this helps.
