Why would you want a program installer to be stored in your temporary Internet Files directory? Things can (and do) occasionally go wrong with programs, so depending on what program it is, you might want to have the installer around where you could actually find it in order to reinstall and start over.

Just be sure that you know what you are deleting and if you really want to delete it. When the dialog comes up asking if you want to delete a file, if it is the one you want to delete, press enter on the yes button; if not, press enter on the No button and nothing will be deleted. Hi: Yes, you can delete the extra executables that are on your desktop. It doesn't really make a difference whether you run or save. If you run the program, the installer file doesn't download to your hard drive. IF you save it, the installer does download to a location which you specify, and then you have to navigate to the location where you saved it and press Enter on that file in order for the program to run.
