Hi Chris.  This problem that Joanne is having isn't any better in Windows 
Live messenger.  It isn't a bug, but a fault in the algorithm for the 
KeyPressedEvent modified in the script set.

I would use Windows Live Messenger; it's so much better than Windows
Messenger, particularly in terms of JAWS support.
