That sounds like a scripting thing. If you can find the sentence in the appropriate outlook message file, make a note of the constant that contains it. Maybe something like msgPlainText_l. Now, go to the outlook script file and do a search for that constant. It should show inside some kind of a say statement. Now, just delete the say statement line, and only, the say statement line! Now compile with ctrl+s. Hey, that sentence shouldn't be heard anymore.
