Another key it might be is a function only speciffic to the sighted world. 
When my battery took a dive, we had to reset the sytem and the tech told me 
to hit that key and I needed my brother to read the screen after I did so. 
I have a del as well so maybe that might help.  my applications was tricky 
but it's to the right of my power button just before the print screen 
scrolllock and things like that.  Hope I helped somewhat but they're right, 
thy that help ke as well.
