Hello,

Windows Media Format 11 runtime
Windows Media Player 11

are both in add/remove programs, do I remove Windows Media Format 11 runtime
before removing Windows Media Player 11 , or does removing Windows Media
Player 11 remove both items?

    Thanks,

Margaret

Hi there,
If there is an option to remove WMP 11, then do it, as it will
revert back to WMP 10 or 9 (depending on version). Then try to
install WMP 11 again and see what happens.
Cheers,
Joseph
