Hello, Windows Media Format 11 runtime Windows Media Player 11
are both in add/remove programs, do I remove Windows Media Format 11 runtime before removing Windows Media Player 11 , or does removing Windows Media Player 11 remove both items? Thanks, Margaret "Joseph Lee" wrote: Hi there, If there is an option to remove WMP 11, then do it, as it will revert back to WMP 10 or 9 (depending on version). Then try to install WMP 11 again and see what happens.
