John good job with her situation. The only other thing I can suggest, though I don't remember how to get there, is that she might've played with a setting where you can insert things like a accute, e accute and such things. I saw the double apostrophe, which I've never gotten jaws to not speak which is annoying. If that's the case Phyllis, I'll have to remember how to get there and show you what to do.
